This brasero includes everything on a cook’s wish list. Moving from left to right, there is a deep fat fryer, a griddle, a grill, and gas burners. The pine, spindle-turned cabinetry to the left of the brasero ends with an under-counter oven. A herringbone-patterned mesquite table serves as the center island. An incredible domed ceiling vaults over the kitchen. The floor and ceiling are covered with talavera tiles. (We counted over eight different tile patterns used in this kitchen.) Casa Heyne
