Although a three-story home is unusual in San Miguel, the interior elevations preserve the Mexican style of architecture. Cantera columns support the

tiled roof overhangs; arched windows and doors are encased in cantera, and there is an expansive corredor and balcony on the second and third levels. Potted plants sit everywhere--on the rooftops, railings, and grounds. Some of the plant species include an Australian tree fern, Boston fern, cypress tree, geraniums, creeping fig, Mexican sage bush, and a huge gunnera. Casa Chorro.
